No Surprises

We think it’s really important that there are no surprises when booking lessons and so we put our policies online. We want you to know how it all works before you book and give you the chance to ask any questions upfront.

Reservation

Lessons needs to be booked and confirmed prior to the lesson date.  Please send email/whatsapp for bookings.

Lesson

The class will run for 2hours. If you need to extra time, there will be surcharge for every 30min.

Cancellation

If you need to make a cancellation, please do so ASAP. Although we do not charge cancellation fee, we would request to cancel with 12hour notice.

Baby/Children

As the class will be held in an apartment, there will be no childcare. Also as we handle fragile items, we recommend just having adults. Non-mobile babies maybe allowed in some cases. Please consult in regards to bringing babies and children.

Receiving the finished product/Delivery

The item you made in the class cannot be taken on the same day. The item needs to be fired in the kiln and this may take up to a week. It is best if you can come and pick up the item. In some cases, we will post the item, but we will not be responsible for broken items.

Privacy/Photos

You are more than welcome to take photos of your project, but we ask you not to take photos of the building/the apartment or photos of other students. This is to protect the studio privacy and privacy of other students.
